In this initial step we listen to your design requirements trying to ask the right questions to fully understand the scope of the project and what it aims to achieve. In the initial consultation we will offer advice on how best to approach the job and try to lend some extra ideas using lateral thinking.

With each new project Visionary Creative will submit a minimum of 3 different designs. You can opt to have us present design ideas in person or via email. Remember that verbal communication is always preferred over email communication so please don't hesitate to call.

Visionary Creative understands that designs might not hit the mark the first time round so we allow for at least 3 rounds of changes with each quote. Should the project change direction during the process, we are agile enough to change with it. Any changes in design fees are discussed beforehand so there are no surprises at the end of the job.

Here is the tail end of the project where you will receive your artwork files in any graphic file format you require. If you have ordered any printed material that requires urgent delivery, be reassured that we make it our top priority to ensure your goods are delivered to their destination on time.
